The Billfish Foundation bestows Club of Excellence award to OCLTC Posted May 29, 2018 The Billfish Foundation will acknowledge the Ocean City Light Tackle Club in November 2018 with its Club of Excellence Award. The Ocean City Light Tackle Club and its members are very grateful for the TBF's recognition of the clubs history and dedication to billfish release fishing. |
72nd Ocean City Light Tackle Club Derby Fishing days: March 7th-10th, 2019 Location: Casa Vieja Lodge, Guatemala WAYNE SIX WINS UNPRECEDENTED 5th TITLE! Final Day included outstanding fishing. All boats ended up in the same area about 50 miles offshore on a beautiful Pacific day. There were 163 of the 246 fish caught. Another note is that all three anglers placing in the Derby caught a blue marlin. That illustrates how important it was to catch a blue one. Also on Day 3 was a three way tie for high daily all with 900 points. All that separated first and second place was 5 minutes! Thank you Joe Zimmer for all of your hard work. Everyone had a great time and can't wait for you to run another one. Check out this picture of Pat with his huge mahi!
