The Billfish Foundation bestows Club of Excellence award to OCLTC

The Billfish Foundation will acknowledge the Ocean City Light Tackle Club in November 2018 with its Club of Excellence Award. The Ocean City Light Tackle Club and its members are very grateful for the TBF's recognition of the clubs history and dedication to billfish release fishing.
73rd Ocean City Light Tackle Club Derby
Fishing days: March 4th-7th, 2020
Location: Isla Mujeres, Mexico
 
ROB READMOND WINS 2nd TITLE!
 It was an interesting Derby. Fishing was slow, but very competitive.  Wayne Six came out of gates hard with three fish on day 1 on Floridian.  Burton Gray, had a great day on day 2 with 4 fish on Floridian.  Day three was a horse race on all accounts.  First place was a tie with Gray and Readmond with Readmond winning his second derby on time.  The team finish was a four way tie with 800 points with all three top spots determined by time!  Floridian with Capt Glenn Cameron took the sole top spot for boats with 1500 points.  Congratulations to all the winners and participants.
